And unlike Metropol the CT lagoon is heated to 24 degrees, so you will be able to enjoy it. The other issue you may have with the CT pool.

The rooms are very nice and new, spacious and comfortable. We appreciate your kind words and are thrilled you consider Crown Towers to be the "best hotel" in Perth - high praise indeed! Dear chefcruiser, Thank you for staying at Crown Towers Perth and for sharing your review. I apologise for any inconvenience regarding poolside seating. The tiles on a couple of the pool steps had extremely sharp serrated edges on them. Dear Kim G, Thank you for your lovely review. In short, this hotel is spectacular. Overall very nice stay and would defiantly recommend staying here. The bathroom was huge and well appointed, with the only downsides being no separate bathroom lightswitch and occasional bursts of excessively hot water in the shower. The stone bath was lovely to relax in, robes, slippers and koko black chocolates left on your pillow at turn down all just added an extra level of decedance! Pool was Pool was extremely busy, as was the hotel but probably even more busy due to the poor designed security or lack thereof to stop non hotel guests using the facility. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing. I said well my child would like to go swimming so instead of sitting around waiting can we go swimming and he said absolutely, we are a 6 star hotel I can have whatever I want. Although it's not cheap to dine here you can defiantly get your money's worth of food. It seemed that there was around half the staff that were working there in December. I went up to the room, dropped off luggage and joined my family at the pool. As Perth residents, it probably seems a little odd to Holiday in your own city. Extremely long line, 30 min wait in line to check in and not all counters were open. The pools are amazing however we found it very difficult to find a couple of chairs by the pool as it gets very busy. But it's is hard to resist the magnetic pull of the glitter ball on the Great Eastern Hwy, that is the greater Crown Complex. I would appreciate the opportunity to further discuss your experience as you have noted various issues which we would like to investigate. Regarding food, the usual range of mid tier and posh restaurants is available as well as Maccas , but takeaway was virtually non existent in the entire complex, which is a problem when travelling with an infant. Another great part of Crown towers is the TWR bar, it is very lovely with very good staff. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Your feedback is very much appreciated as it gives us the chance to improve our service delivery. This was the second part of our family's WA trip, after a somewhat less satisfying serviced apartment stay in Fremantle. I have noted your comments regarding the poolside service and would like to apologise for any inconvenience. The linen and bed were surpurbly comfortable. Again the level of detail in the design is hard to convey, but it was sublime to sit quiely in such plush surroundings waching the traffic on the river. Dear 2Chelsea, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. The new crown towers hotel is a stunning hotel, and although these things really shouldn't happen, I will be back, the place just needs better managers, the concierge was great, as were most of the staff. Granted, poolside service staff were at times overwhelmed, and a couple of food orders went missing, but I'll put that down to teething problems. I've just got back from staying at crown towers for the one night and it was great! It has been a very busy period for the hotel and please note that our team are always available to assist should you ever require assistance. Not a great start. Also had some lost property - a business suit, left behind in the wardrobe of the room - upon contacting the hotel, the concierge shipped it to my home address via courier the next day. We were quite surprised by how busy the entire complex was, and could not imagine what the Xmas season must have been like, when the staff were telling us things had slowed down a bit, in terms of guest numbers when were were there.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} We headed up to the Crystal Club for afternoon tea, and enjoyed a delightful high tea style service with a stunning view back over the city and swan river. Every aspect from the lobby, to the lifts, the fitout, facilities, and the rooms, were simply stunning. We do hope to welcome you back to Crown Towers Perth soon. The only complaints I had was at the January stay there seemed to be way too few staff around the pool making it almost impossible to get a drink or coffee in the morning. Requested an early check in to be told that I could not find out if I could check in early until I arrived for check in?? I was genuinely concerned to learn of your recent experience with us as it is clear that we have not met your expectations. All sorts of al a carte foods being ordered and delivered to guests but absolutely no information on what was available. I have noted your comments regarding the delayed delivery of your Champagne and will be sure to raise this with the Front Office Manager for immediate review. And last but not least attempted to go to 'The Shop' at pm and they had already closed when a 10pm closing time is stated on the sign. My husband Ex Melbourne coffee snob had coffee rather than tea, and commented on how nice it, so it must have been good! Arguably the best feature of the hotel on these 40 degree days was its beautiful lagoon-like pool. Please allow me to apologise for your arrival experience and the delays you encountered. We do look forward to welcoming you back to Crown Towers Perth in the near future. The service wasn't lacking or slow, but rather, more of a conscious effort made to relax people Take your time and enjoy the view. Your feedback will be addressed with the relevant manager. Overall our stay did not live up to our expectations of a 6 star hotel with regards to service, the room and hotel was nice except for the pool incident. Particularly loved the nespresso machine, television in bathroom, turndown service with chocolates and slippers. Our 2 kids Miss 10 and Mater 7 have been asking us for the past 2 years to go and stay, so with the opening of Crown Towers we thought now was a good time to rack up a few loyalty points. Arrived at pm for the set 3pm check in which is the latest we have experienced. You defiantly have to leave enough room for dessert with the huge chocolate fountain and pretty much any other dessert you can imagine. The wide range of choice at our multi-cuisine buffet is certainly impressive! Not impressed for 6 star quality. Check in process completed and I was then told our room was not ready now pm. I approached the concierge about 10 mins later to ask if he had any idea if we needed to wait 10 mins or a few hours for our room, he said he actually finished work already and could not tell me how long it would be. Every surface is made from something beautiful, and there is no detail that has been overlooked. Pool menu was limited and not child friendly. We booked Crown Towers on a whim, driving past and swinging by its front counter to discuss prices and availability. The staff were attentive and helpful, but we both commented on the relaxed pace of the club. The price was more than reasonable for what we got. I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding the valet parking charges. Dear Cindy G, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It was now 4pm and no text, I went back to concierge and my card was there, I said lucky I checked, concierge replied yes lucky! Toiletries etc were all top notch. Eventually found a takeaway pizza at the Italian place next to the casino. One of the first things that surprised me about the new building was how close it is to the original site. We very much appreciate the wonderful feedback you have shared regarding our "spacious and comfortable" rooms and experience at The Epicurean. For your next visit, we are privileged to have a range of parking options at Crown Perth including our multi-deck car park as well as complimentary complex parking. Sat down on the steps of the main pool and my child swims over to me, and slices a finger on the pool step. Staff were very pleasant, helpfully obliging my request to inspect an empty room prior to booking. This is certainly not an acceptable standard and your feedback will be used to further improve our service delivery and procedures. It really was a little oasis of tropical luxury. Lack of access to the Metropol pool and water slides, despite advertising to the contrary, was frustrating. Although you have to drive around onto the river side drive to access the lobby, once you are inside it's an easy walk to the Crown Theatre and the other resturants like Nubu and Rockpool, The size of the building and the enormus scale of foyers, art works and design is breath taking. I witnessed and overheard "just follow someone in". My contact details are listed below and I look forward to hearing from you. As a school holiday treat, I took my son for 2 nights in December and one night in January to stay at the new Crown hotel. We then arranged a room very easily for a 3-day stay starting New Years Day, so the time of year wasn't a problem. Overall highly recommended, will definitely stay again if i return to Perth. Being there at the time of the Hopman Cup, and bumping into some familiar and not so familiar tennis players was a fun bonus. Now for the down side. My husband and my child ended up changing in the disabled toilets. Overall a very nice stay, will definitely be back. The rooms are luxurious, with a very glamorous bathroom. I commented that I want our room so we can get changed or a rough guide as to how long it will be and he said those 2 things he can't give me. We stayed in a room on the 12 floor, which gave us access to the level 16 Crystal Club. We dined at epicurean in the evening and the food selections available were incredible. The rooms are very stylish and extremely well appointed. I was advised that I will receive a text when it is ready and to pick up card from concierge. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}We were looking forward to this stay at a 6 star hotel. The one night was perfect and the stay in general was terrific.
